So I didn’t quit yesterday if anyone was wondering… I was just to tired to make an entry last night!
I went for a a little over 1k walk and then did some strength and weight training and yoga!
Me and my friend also made a really awesome pizza with spelt and used pesto sauce instead of pizza sauce, put some spinach, chicken, pine nuts, tomatoes and cheese on it and it was awesome!
Today is going pretty good as well though I haven’t exercised at all today… but it’s only 4 pm over here so who knows? ;)

In India, a snake protects two pups for 48 hours after they accidentally fall into a hole. At first it was thought that she wanted to attack them, but then noticed she was caring for the puppies. When rescued, the snake was released into a forest.
